We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Window:
- Stickers: 2 days from receipt of order.
- Apparel: 7 days from receipt of order.
Eligible Returns and Exchanges:
- Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we’ll send you the correct item or provide a full refund.
- Apparel: Clothing can be returned or exchanged if it’s defective, incorrectly sized, or has poor print quality. Please note, that items worn beyond the first try-on cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Let us know about the issue with your order by contacting us.
- Verification: We may request a picture or video of the problem to expedite the process.
- Return Method: Depending on the situation, we might arrange for a collection of the item or provide instructions for return shipping.
- Resolution: If a replacement is requested, we’ll send it out as soon as possible. If a refund is chosen, it will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Please note: Used stickers cannot be returned unless truly defective.
