Can I have my order produced faster?

Yes, you can. Apparel orders can take up to 6 days to produce, this is excluding shipping. In order to speed this process to 2 days, our producers impose a 25% fee on the order value. To have your order produced faster you'd just need to be aware of that charge and let us know which we will quote separately (if necessary). You're looking at a roughly a R30 - R80 surcharge. We're working on making this process more convenient.

Do you have alternative lamination options?

Yes, we do! We typically laminate with clear lamination plastic to reinforce our stickers however we do have holographic, glitter, matte and other fancier finishes. Just contact us to find out what is available. Some of these may require an additional payment.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, here it is:

Stickers- simply use a ruler to get an idea of how big a sticker will be.

Do you allow custom orders?

Yes, we do! Custom orders are pretty popular here. We are able to create custom designs of our stickers, apparel and other things like cards and bookmarks. Just contact us to find out if we can help you and to request for a quote. We can also make custom orders for small businesses, helping with their branding and packaging.

Shipping & Returns:

How fast can you ship my order?

From the time your order is ready, standard delivery takes anywhere from 4-7 days. The time frame will depend on your location. Major cities will benefit from faster lead times with locations on the outskirts taking a little longer.

You will be presented with faster options at checkout, like overnight or 2-3 day delivery. These will cost more but are more convenient if time is a big factor in your receiving your order.

We will always strive to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We personally don't like to wait ourselves.

Can I return something I purchased on your store?

Even though we aren't a fan of returns because we want you to be satisfied the first time, it does happen. If ever it does, you can request a return and exchange or a return and refund. Payment:

What payment options do I have?

We accept pretty much all credit and debit cards. We have payment gateway that will accept both VISA and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal payments as well as EFT payments. We're working on adding more payment options like Apple Pay, Snapscan and more.

If you do pay via EFT, we will only process your order once your payment has cleared. It is advisable that you use the "pay and clear" option to expedite the processing of your order.
